On a beautiful corner lot located near downtown Menlo Park, we have prepared a design for a new 2-story Farmhouse Style residence to be built in 2018.  It is approximately 3,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, and 3-1/2 baths.

We took advantage of this wide yet narrow lot, and created a wide front entrance with tall glass windows transparent to the inside staircase.

This new home has many features with a 2-way fireplace between the living room and family room, 8 foot high windows and doors, a 16 foot wide sliding patio door system, and solar paneling.
